Great opportunity to join a very busy architecture and interior design practice working on inspirational high-end residential projects on the beautiful south coast of England, in the Southdowns National Park and wider afield. We are based near Chichester, West Sussex, close to the nearby beaches of Witterings and Bracklesham and a stone’s throw from numerous picturesque coastal villages.
PROJECT ARCHITECT AND/OR PART II ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a highly motivated, top-notch Project Architect and/or Part II Architectural Assistant who will fit well into our close-knit office culture, is a talented designer and has exceptional presentation and client servicing skills.
Project Architect applicants should have at least two years post qualification UK-based professional experience, preferably in high-end residential, and Part II Architectural Assistant applicants should have at least two years professional UK-based architectural experience. All candidates should be technically proficient and competent in AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Design Suite and Office based software. Advanced experience of design software and good hand drawing skills are also desired. The successful candidate(s) should be able to thrive in a busy office and manage a significant workload with tight deadlines, while being down-to-earth, personable, discreet and empathetic to our discerning clients’ needs.
